- Entries must be original and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- By entering the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Krack'd Snacks from any and all claims or damages arising out of your participation in the contest.
- Winners will be selected by Krack'd Snacks based on the quality and creativity of their entry.
- Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Contests are open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- Contests are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
